Many you have written to me asking if we plan on putting out a 5th edition for the 2010 General Pediatric Board Exam. While we considered doing so, after careful review, it appears that the current 4th edition of Laughing Your Way to Passing the Pediatric Boards contains the core material needed to prepare for the upcoming exam. Therefore, we will not be releasing a 5th edition for this year’s board exam.
For those of you whom have been waiting to place your orders for a 5th Edition, we are extending the *package special* pricing for our current 4th Edition to allow you more time to take advantage of our unique offers. I would like to also clarify some confusion over our Question and Answer Series. While they are titled Volumes 1 and 2, they are in their 2nd edition and completely overhauled editions, with additional questions from our previous editions totaling 400 unique questions per book, 800 total questions in these two volumes. These books are unique in that they are broken down by specialty. This allows you to focus or target weak and troubling areas in your studies. In addition, you will find back to back questions on similar disorders , where subtle differences differentiate them. We have received user feedback complementing us on our Q&A series as many of our questions were directly reflected on the exam itself. This is an invaluable resource.
